The Roof Valve BAL is a low-profile static roof ventilator that allows nominal ventilation of hot or moist air from the roof space, without the need of wind or power assistance. It can be ducted out from the laundry, bathroom and kitchen with a flexible duct.
The Roof Valve BAL is only available in Night Sky (black). It's suitable for bushfire zones, for areas BAL12.5 to 40, and it complies with the clause 10.8.2 of the National Construction Code 2022 Housing Provisions Standard.
The unit is constructed entirely from durable but lightweight aluminium. The soft aluminium flashing makes the unit easy to install on tiled or metal roofs.
